Description Of Use:
Wear the large Ground Therapy Grounded Band anywhere you stretch, do yoga, sit, relax or sleep.
Instructions For Care:
- Hand wash with mild detergent. (This strips body sweat and oils from the silver threads keeping them conductive, longer.)
- Wash a minimum of 2x per month, or weekly if you use it regularly.
- Don't use bleach, whitening detergents, oxi-detergents, or detergents containing essential oils or coconut oil.
- Air dry or dry on low heat in a dryer. Do not use dryer sheets.
- No dry cleaning.
- Wait one hour after applying lotions or oils to your skin to use the Grounded Band.
